The current fee for Christy Arsenault, RCC-ACS is $145 for a 55 minute session.  This rate is from the current BC Association of Clinical Counsellors recommended fee schedule.

 

Fee payments for each session are due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements are made in advance. Fees are payable by Visa / Mastercard / Cash or etransfer to northerncedars@gmail.com.

 

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

Appointments must be cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. Unfortunately, as this is how I take care of my family, I do have to charge the full fee for “missed appointments”.  Of course, if there are unusual circumstances such as serious illness and accidents, then these late cancellations will not apply to you.  Video counselling will be available as an alternative for clients who are unable to make it to the office for their scheduled time.   A receipt and copy of the credit card transaction/etransfer will then be emailed out to you.

 

Extended Health

Direct billing is not yet available for counsellors.  Clients are responsible for payment of services themselves.   A receipt will be issued that clients can use to submit to their insurance company for reimbursement.

Crime Victim Assistance Program

I am a Type 3 approved provider.  

If you require assistance applying for CVAP, I can put you in contact with a Victim Service Worker who can support you through the application process.
